  • Use your Visa Platinum credit card to pay for your rental car,
    and get built-in Auto Rental coverage.
  • It covers damages caused by theft or collision
  • Service is available to covered cardholders only.
How to use benefit:
  • Use your Visa Platinum credit card to initiate and pay for
    your entire rental car transaction and decline the rental
    company’s collision damage waiver option, or a similar
    provision
  • To initiate a claim or check the status of an existing claim,
    visit eclaimsline.com
  • You can also initiate or check on a claim by Calling (800)
    348-8472 if in the United States or (804) 673-1164 if outside of
    the United States.
  • Report the incident as soon as possible, but no later than forty-five (45) days from the date of the incident.

  • Assistance is provided in the event of an emergency during
    travel, such as lost luggage locator or medical referral.
  • Service is available to cardholder, spouse and children
    (dependents under 22 years old) traveling with cardholder.

    costs related to the services or goods provided.
    Pre-Trip Assistance is available to obtain information before
    your trip.

Travel Accident Insurance

  • Insurance pays up to $500,000 for accidental loss of life,
    limb, sight, speech or hearing occurring on a common carrier
    covered trip.
  • $100 per day will be reimbursed in the event of a baggage
    delay while traveling on a common carrier, you will be
    reimbursed $100 per day.
  • This is only valid when the entire travel expense is paid for
    with your American Airlines Credit Union Visa Platinum credit
    card.
  • Service is available to cardholder, spouse and children
    (dependents under 22 years old) traveling with cardholder.

  • Claim notice must be submitted in writing within 20 days
